The resort has planned to build one more swimming pool in front of the Garden Villas area. According to this reason, all Garden Villas will be closed from 01 Sep 08 - 20 Dec 08.

The above prices are applicable only if booked through this website and the rates are on the Pre-Payment basis.

The above prices are inclusive of 2 Breakfast, Service Charge and Government Tax.

Note :

• Bungalow is for 2 persons per bungalow. The extra bed or the third person (more than 6 years old) in room will be charge the above price.
• The 2nd extra bed or for the 4th person (under than 6 years old) in room is a surcharge @ 1,210 Baht for 'Extra Bed' will be set up on the sofa in the Garden Villa only. It is inclusive breakfast.
• If no extra bed is needed for a child under than 6 years old accompanying his/her parents, @ 500 Baht, Breakfast will be applied. 
• Peak Season : The extra bed or the 3rd person (more than 6 years old) will be charge the above price, inclusive breakfast. If no extra bed is needed for child under 6 years old accompanying his/her parents @ 880 Baht, Breakfast will be applied.
• A Baby cot is free of charge.

Compulsory Gala Dinner :

• Christmas Eve (24 Dec 08) @ 4,900 Baht/Adult and @ 2,500 Baht/Child. Infants between 1 - 3 years are Free of charge.
• New Year Eve (31 Dec 08) @ 6,300 Baht/Adult and @ 3,150 Baht/Child. Infants 1 - 3 years are Free of charge.

Airport Transfer : If required is 350 Baht/person each way. Children under 6 years old are free of charge.

Standard Benefits : All guests will recieve one welcome drink Zazen Mix fruit Juice on arrival, Cold towel on arrival and Orchid garland.
